"Chleb" z kalafiora

Ingredients:

1 kalafior średniej wielkości
4 jajka,
szklanka mąki migdałowej (lub zmielone migdały)
3 łyżeczki kurkumy w proszku,
1 łyżeczki soli.
ok. 70 g potartego sera
1 łyżeczka czosnku granulowanego

Prepare instructions:

Przepisów na "chleb" z kalafiora po necie krąży sporo. U mnie jest wypadkowa i tego jak ja widzę ten wypiek.

Nagrzej piekarnik do temperatury 180 stopni.
Kalafiora (surowy) podziel na różyczki - zetrzyj na tarce o dużych oczkach albo użyj maszyny do szatkowania. W ostateczności można użyć blendera z nożem - tylko nie wiem czy w ten sposób kalafior nie puści za dużo wody. Jajka wbij do miski, wymieszaj je z resztą składników. Wyłóż otrzymaną masę na blachę do pieczenia, a następnie wygładź ją tak, aby miała około 1/2 centymetra grubości. Piecz przez około 30 - 40 minut, tak długo, aż się zarumieni. Wystudź do temperatury pokojowe, a następnie zdejmij chleb z blachy. Pokrój otrzymany chlebek na kawałki tej samej wielkości - aby uzyskać kromki. Możesz jeść posmarowane ulubionymi pastami (awokado, hummus, z bakłażana) lub z dowolnym obkładem.

"1/2 centymetrów " to znaczy "1/2 cm, czyli 5 mm" czy 1 do 2 cm, czyli od 10 do 20 mm"?

To "amerykańskie centymetry, aż 100 mm mają? Nic dziwnego, że w US wszystko taaakie bycze :D
U nas to: cm=10 mm, metr=100 cm, tylko :((

Ale mnie przymuliło z rana (u mnie była 6 rano)
- hehehe. w decymetrach liczę. Nie ma amerykańskich centymetrów, oni nie potrafią liczyć według układu metrycznego - za to stopy, cale i owszem.
