Ciacho ze słonecznikiem

Ingredients:

- 4 jajka
- 4 pełne łyżki mąki pszennej
- 4 pełne łyżki cukru
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 1 cukier waniliowy

- 1 mleko skondensowane
- 1 kostka margaryny
- 1/2 kostki masła
- 3 paczki słonecznika
- 2 paczki biszkoptów
- polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Jajka ubić z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na puszystą masę. Dodać przesianą mąkę i proszek do pieczenia. Wymieszać i upiec.

Masa:
Mleko skondensowane gotować 2 godziny na małym ogniu, a następnie wystudzić. Utrzeć razem z 1/2 margaryny i 1/2 masła. Słonecznik uprażyć w 1/2 margaryny i 2 łyżkach wody. Wystudzić i dodać do masy. Masę wyłożyć na biszkopt, a na wierzch ułożyć biszkopty zamoczone w kawie ze spirytusem.

Polać polewą czekoladową

Andziulka ! Ciasto wyborne ... Polecam innym z reka na sercu ... )) Do słonecznika dodałam mniej tłuszczu ale troche cukru a wiec trohe skarmelizowałam nasionka i odrobine mleka .. treaz w masie są takie chrupiące i pyszniutkie .. A z mlekiem poszłam skrótem ... heheh kupiłam juz ugotwane .. masa pyszna ! Dziekuje i pozdrawiam . !

Ciasteczko rewelacyjne - jednak następnym razem dam tylko 2 paczki słonecznika.
