Ingredients:

250 g mąki
1 kost margaryny
300 g cukru
5jaj
50 g kakao
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

nadzienie

200 ml śmietany słodkiej
300 ml mleka
3łyżki kaszy manny
3łyżki cukru
200 g wiórek kokosowych
1 olejek rumowy

polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

zaczynamy od nadzienia

mleko śmietana i kaszę mannę w
garnku mieszamy i gotujemy na gęstą kaszkę
dodajemy cukier wiórka i olejek, mieszamy
i zostawiamy do ostudzenia.

ciasto

margarynę z cukrem utrzeć ,dodawać po jednym żółtku
i ucierać ,mąkę kakao i proszek przesiać,
dodać do masy i wymieszać ,białka ubić na sztywno
i delikatnie wmieszać do masy.

formę wysmarować (tortownica 24 cm )

połowę masy nałożyć do blaszki na to włożyć nadzienie

i resztę masy ,wyrównać.piec 45 min 180*

po upieczeniu polać obficie polewą i posypać wiórkami

Jamaica -gdziekolwiek mieszkasz!-teraz wystarczy że zrobię to ciacho i to tak jakbym miała Cię w domku....hahaha.Pozdrówka dla Was!
