Ciasto kakaowe z kokosowymi kulkami

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
35 dag mąki tortowej
35 dag miękkiej margaryny
25 dag. cukru
2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
5 łyżek gęstej śmietany
5 łyzek kakao
7 jajek

Kokosowe kulki:
25 dag. wiórek kokosowych
15 dag cukru pudru
10 dag masła
4 łyżki mleka

gotowa polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto
margarynę z cukrem utrzeć na puch i, nie przerywając ucierania dodawać po jednym żółtku.
Dodać mąkę przesianą z proszkiem do pieczenia, kakao oraz śmietanę i dokładnie wymieszać.
Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać do ciasta i delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto przełożyc na blaszkę wysmarowaną margaryną i wysypaną bułką tartą.
Kokosowe kulki
Masło stopić dodając mleko. Następnie dodać cukier puder oraz wiórki kokosowe i bardzo dokładnie wymieszać.

Z tak przygotowanej masy formować kuleczki i układać na cieście lekko je wciskając.
Piec około 50 minut w temp. 180 stopni.
Na wystudzonym cieście zrobić esy floresy z polewy czekoladowej.

Ciasto w smaku przypomina wilgotnego murzynka z niespodzianką w środku czyli kuleczkami kokosowymi. Polecam do kawki. Smacznego!
