Ciasto serowo pomarańczowe z masą jagodową

Ingredients:

Ciasto pomarańczowe:

40 dag. mąki

6 jajek

25.dag. margaryny

20 dag. cukru

3 łyżeczki suchych drożdży w proszku

4 łyżki dżemu pomarańczowego

1 szkl. soku pomarańczowego

Wkładka serowa:

50 dag. sera

2 jajka

1/2 szkl. cukru

cukier waniliowy

łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej

10 dag. kandyzowanego ananasa

Krem:

2 budynie śmietankowe

1/2 l mleka

5 łyżek cukru

25 dag. margaryny

4 łyżki dżemu jagodowego

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie ciasta pomarańczowego:

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem i żółtkami, wlać sok. Dodać mąkę z drożdżami, dżem, utrzeć. Bialka ubić na sztywno, delikatnie wmieszać. Ciasto podzielić na pół, wylać na dwie blaszki ( 25x25) , odstawić do wyrośniecia. Upiec ok. 60 min. w temp. 180C.

Wykonanie wkładki serowej:

Ser utrzeć z cukrem, c. wanil., żółtkami i mąką. Białka ubić na sztywno, delikatnie wymieszać, dodać ananasa. Ser wylać na blaszkę, piec ok. 60 min. w temp. 180C.

Wykonanie kremu:

Budynie ugotować na mleku. Ostudzić. Margarynę utrzeć, dodawać przestudzony budyń. Na koniec dodać dżem. dokładnie utrzeć. Podzielić na pół.

ciasto pomarańczowe - krem - wkładka serowa - krem - ciasto pomarańczowe - polewa lub rozpuszczona czekolada.
