Ciasto zwyczajne z owocami wg babci Różyczki

Ingredients:

♦ 6 jajek
♦ 1 masło roślinne 250g
♦ ¾ szklanki cukru+½ szklanki cukru do piany
♦ 1 cukier waniliowy
♦ 3 czubate szklanki mąki
♦ 1 łyżka soku z cytryny
♦ 1½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
♦ 1 kg śliwek lub innych owoców
♦ 2 budynie waniliowe bez cukru
♦ Cukier puder, wymieszany z cukrem waniliowym ,do posypania ciasta.

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka+mąka+proszek do pieczenia+wanilia+cukier+masło+sok z cytryny,zagnieść ciasto.
¼ ciasta odciąć i zamrozić,reszte wyłożyć na blaszkę o wymiarach 25x40 cm,na ciasto położyc wypestkowane śliwki,lub inne owoce.
Z białek ubić sztywną pianę,z odrobinką soli ,dodać cukier i dalej ubijać,na końcu dodać budynie ,wszystko jeszcze chwilkę ubijać.
Na owoce wylać sztywną pianę ,zetrzeć zamrożone ciasto,na tarce na dużych oczkach,posypać na pianę.

Piec w 180ºC około 50 min ,aż pięknie się zrumieni na złoty kolor.
Posypać cukrem pudrem z wanilią,polecam ciasto mojej babci jest bardzo proste i smaczne.

To nie jest zwyczajne ciasto tylko nadzwyczajne!!!! Bardzo smaczne i łatwe w przygotowaniu! Dziękuję za przepis.
