Ingredients:

2 łyżki otrąb owsianych

1 łyżka otrąb pszennych

1 łyżka serka homogenizowanego 0%

1 lyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 jajko

1 łyżka ziół prowansalskich

Prepare instructions:

Popularne na diecie Ducana są bułki z mikrofali, bardzo syte i stanowiące namiastkę pieczywa.

Wszystkie składniki wrzucamy do salaterki i bardzo dokładnie łączymy. Powstałą masę wkładamy do mikrofali na 3,5 minuty na maksymalną moc (np. 850 Wat).

Po ostygnięciu "bułka" jest gotowa do krojenia i do robienia kanapek.

Przepis ten jest bardzo popularny w Internecie i bardzo dawno temu go znalazłam, ale niestety już nie pamietam na jakiej stronie...

Czy serek mogę zastąpić jogurtem naturalnym ?

Ula Z pewnie że mozna zmienia to trochę smak, ale na Dukanie zawsze można serek z jogurtem zamieniać, jakby co to doluz z 15 sekund w mikrofali do pieczenia i nie powinno być wiekszej roznicy
