Galaretka maślankowa

Ingredients:

1/2 pęczka zieleniny (np. melisy lub innych ulubionych),
4 łyżeczki żelatyny,
łyżka miodu,
aromat pomarańczowy,
200 ml maślanki,
200 ml soku z pomarańczy,
szklanka śmietanki kremówki,
łyżeczka oleju,
3 pomarańcze.

Prepare instructions:

Zieleninę opłukać, osuszyć, posiekać. Żelatynę namoczyć w niewielkiej ilości zimnej wody. Miód lekko podgrzać. Do miski wlać sok pomarańczowy, maślankę, miód, aromat pomarańczowy, dodać zieleninę, masę dobrze wymieszać.
Żelatynę rozpuścić podgrzewając, wymieszać z połową śmietanki. Pozostałą śmietankę ubić na sztywno, delikatnie połączyć z tą z żelatyną, dodać do masy maślankowej, dokładnie wymieszać łyżką, odstawić w chłodne miejsce.

Pomarańcze wyszorować, obrać, pokroić w plasterki. Formę np. keksówkę skropić olejem, wyłożyć folią aluminiową. Na dnie i po bokach ułożyć plasterki pomarańczy, włożyć zastygającą masę. Wstawić do lodówki na noc. Galaretkę wyjąć z formy, pokroić w plastry.
