Grilowa sałatka z cukini

Ingredients:

4 małe cukinie/do 20cm/,1pęczek szczypiorku,8 łyżek octu winnego,12 łyżek oliwy,3 łyżeczki przyprawy vegeta,kucharek lub tp.sól.

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie obmyć,odciąć końcówki i pokroić wzdłuż w cienkie długie plastry/ja robię to na maszynce do krojenia chleba/.Następnie oprószyć solą i odstawić na 20-30 min.aby cukinia puściła sok,odlać sok i osuszyć plastry cukini papierowym ręcnikiem.Posiekać szczypiorek.Ocet wymieszać z przyprawą,dolewać powoli oliwę i ubijać aby powstał krem ,na koniec dosypać szczypiorek i wymieszać.Kremem polać plastry cukini.Odstawić na ok.2 godz. do lodówki,a wieczorkiem zajadać przy grilu z kiełbaskami,karkóweczką itp.Smacznego!Szypiorek można zastąpić natką pietruszki-też dobra/

Zawsze zastanawiałam się co zrobić z cukinią, którą co roku mam w ogródku i wpadłam na ten przepis, który okazał się nowym sposoben na to warzywo, polecam wszystkim zwolennikom grillowania warzyw i nie tylko :)
