Ingredients:

Na 6 osób

- 1/2 mielonego mięsa

- 2 jajka

- bułka czerstwa i bułka tarta

- cebula

- sól, pieprz

- olej

- 1/2 kg ziemniaków

Prepare instructions:

Grzybki z ziemniaków i kotletów

1. Ziemniaki obieramy, ścinamy doły na podstawę i gotujemy (ale nie rozgotowujemy). Do mielonego mięsa dodajemy pozostałe składniki, wyrabiamy i formujemy okrągłe kotleciki. Z jednej strony robimy dołek, obtaczamy w bułce i smażymy na oleju. 2. Na stojące ziemniaki nakładamy kapelusze z mięsa i przypinamy wykałaczką. Dekorujemy według uznania. Mogą być ogóreczki pokrojone w słupki, buraczki, kasza gryczana. Bądź sałata z surówką. Jak kto lubi.

Przepis znalazłam w miesięczniku "Prześlij przepis". Domownikom bardzo się spodobał pomysł podania ziemniaków i kotletów mielonych. Zawsze to jakaś odmiana
