Ingredients:

1/2 kg sera białego półtłustego

2 łyżki siekanego koperku

1/2 pęczka szczypiorku (lub 1 cebula, jeśli ktoś woli bardziej ostrą wersję)

250 ml kwaśnej smietany 18%

sól, pieprz do smaku

ziemniaki ugotowane w mundurkach

Prepare instructions:

Szczypiorek i koperek myjemy i drobno kroimy. Ser rozgniatamy dokładnie widelcem i wrzucamy do niego szczypiorek i koper.

Solimy i posypujemy pieprzem do smaku, dodajemy śmietanę i wszystko razem mieszamy.

Podajemy z ziemniakami ugotowanymi w mundurkachi i masełkiem.

Danie obiadowe znane i często goszczące na stołach w Wielkopolsce.

Ja to znam jako gzik, bez a :) Sto lat już tego nie jadłam, ostatnio chyba na stołówce w podstawówce :)

Ja bym dodał jeszcze do tego marynowane śledzie pokrojone w kpostkę, taki smak pamiętam z dziecięcych lat według przepisu mojej mamy.
