Ingredients:

Ciasto
Po 1 i pół szklanki mąki i cukru,
3 łyżki kakao,
kostka margaryny,
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
torebka cukru waniliowego,
4 jajka,
5 łyżek wody.

Masa serowa
50 dag białego sera,
4 jaja,
szklanka cukru,
pół kostki masła,
wiórki kokosowe.

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie
Ciasto
Margarynę, cukier, kakao oraz cukier waniliowy podlać pięcioma łyżkami wody i gotować na małym ogniu przez 5 minut. Po ostudzeniu dodać 4 żółtka i wymieszać na jednolitą masę. Odlać pół szklanki masy. Do reszty dodać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i pianę z białek. Ciasto wlać do formy.

Masa serowa
Ser zemleć, połączyć z pozostałymi składnikami i utrzeć na gładką masę, wyłożyć na ciasto (ja nakładam łyżką takie kleksy dzięki temu powstają w cieście ładne fale). Piec 60 min. w temperaturze 200 st. Po upieczeniu polać pozostałą masą kakaową i posypać wiórkami kokosowymi.

Piekę w blaszce 26x36cm.

Kurczę, to ciasto to mój smakowy hicior sprzed 15-20 lat - zajadałam się nim wówczas na tak zwanych "chałupkach", nie potrafiąc sama upiec. Wspomnienia wróciły :)

Witam. Ogólnie dobre ale trochę za słodkie i na dole miałam lekki zakalec, ale zjedliśmy wszystko Następnym razem spróbuję trochę zmodyfikować :)
