Jabłecznik z bitą śmietaną

Ingredients:

Ciasto

225 g. mąki pszennej

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

75 g. cukru

szczypta soli

1 jajko

75 g. miękkiego masła lub margaryny

Nadzienie

1 kg. jabłek

2 budynie śmietankowe bez cukru

100 g. cukru

375 ml. białego wina

375 ml. soku jabłkowego

Ponadto

400 ml. śmietany słodkiej 30%

2 smietan-fixy

siekane pistacje

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagniatamy ciasto i schładzamy w lodówce przez minimum godzinę. Po tym czasie wyklejamy spód i boki tortownicy o średnicy 26 cm.

Jabłka obieramy, pozbawiamy gniazd nasiennych i kroimy w kostkę.

Z proszku budyniowego, wina, cukru i soku jabłkowego gotujemy budyń, dodajemy jabłka i tak powstałą masę wykładamy na nieupieczone ciasto. Czas pieczenia to ok. 50-60 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170 stopni.

kremówkę ubijamy ze smietan-fixem i dekorujemy nią ostudzone już ciasto. posypujemy siekanymi pistacjami.

Dziękuję za "uznanie":) Następnym razem położę jabłuszko wg Twojego pomysłu. Zachęcam do zrobienia ciacha, bo jest naprawdę smaczne. Chrupkie jabłka o lekko winnym posmaku, to jest to, co "tygryski lubią najbardziej';)
