Jajeczno - paprykowe kotlety

Ingredients:

4 jajka ugotowane na twardo
1 surowe jajko
1/2 małej papryki
1/2 średniej cebuli
1/2 szklanki bułki tartej
szczypta majeranku i bazylii
sól, pieprz

dodatkowo:

bułka tarta do panierowania

Prepare instructions:

Gdy kończą mi się pomysły na obiad, a mięsa brak w lodówce do klasyki dodaję swoją fantazję tworząc pyszne efekty :)

Jajka z cebulą mielimy w maszynce do mięsa. Paprykę kroimy w drobną kostkę. Składniki mieszamy i doprawiamy solą, pieprzem, majerankiem i bazylią. Dodajemy surowe jajko i bułkę tartą, a następnie wyrabiamy masę. Formujemy kotlety i obtaczamy w bułce tartej. Smażymy na oleju aż do zrumienienia.

Bardzo prosciutki przepis a efekt fajny, dziwie sie ze nikt nie skomentowal. Wszystkim smakowalo dzieki za przepis :-).
