Kroimy na plasty 1cm
Jezeli kabaczek jest duzy, dorodny wycinamy srodek z pestkami, jezeli jest mlody srodek zostaje
Solimy i pieprzymy
Za kilka minut obtaczamy w jajku potem w bulce i smazymy na oliwie jak schabowe do zrumienienia.

Kotleciki posyp sola przed podaniem

Ja zawsze podaje z frytkami i salatka z pomidorow

Salatka z pomidorow:
- pomidory
- cebula
- smietana

Pomidory kroimy w plastry, cebule jak kto lubi moga byc plasty, kostka, solimy, pieprzymy, kropimy odrobina octu i sypiemy szczypte cukru, polewamy smietana (gesta najlepsza)

A ja kabaczka nie doprawiam tylko do jajka wsypuję przyprawy.Polecam też do bułki tartej dodać ser zółty starty na drobnej tarce.
PYCHA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A jak kabaczki bądź cukinia są młode to nie obieram ich ze skórki :)

Uwielbiam kabaczki! I robie podobnie, tak jak koma305. Super danie, proste i pyszne!
