Ingredients:

3 szklanki mąki pszennej

1 jajko

Opakowanie 7g drożdży instant

1 i 1/2 łyżeczki cukru

1 łyżeczka soli

30dag margaryny

3/4 szklanki letniej wody

Do posypania:

sezam, mak, kminek

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiać do miski, dodać drożdże, sól i cukier. Wszystko wymieszać i dodac margarynę, jajko i wodę.

Wyrobić ciasto (około 5 minut). Odstawić aby odpoczeło. Po kwadransie ponownie wyrobić ciasto aby stało się prężne i miało gładką konsystencje.

Przełożyć do miski i odstawić na 1h aby wyrosło.

Gdy ciasto wyrośnie uformować bułeczki i ułożyć na blaszce wyścielonej papierem do pieczenia i posypanej mąką.

Bułki przykryć ściereczką i odstawić na 30minut.

Wyrośnięte bułki delikatnie naciąć nożem (ja dodatkowo posypałam makiem, sezamem i kminkiem).

Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika do 210st i piec około 15 minut.

Gosia88 mam pytanie czy do tego ida suche drozdze czy normalne?bo narobilas mi smaka na kajzerki i musze teraz zrobic

Ja zawsze robie z suchych drożdży i tak jak w przepisie na te proporcje trzeba dać 7g (jedno opakowanie małe) drożdży instant.
