Kotlet schabowy w chipsowej panierce

Ingredients:

Na 4 duże kotlety:

     ♦ 4 grubsze plastry schabu bez kości
     ♦ 200 ml kwaśnej, gęstej śmietany (12% lub 18%)
     ♦ 4 łyżki mąki pszennej
     ♦ 3 jajka
     ♦ 2 małe paczki (2x25g) grubo krojonych chipsów bekonowych
     ♦ 2-3 łyżki bułki tartej
     ♦ przyprawy: sól, pieprz czarny, papryka słodka mielona, czosnek granulowany, suszona natka pietruszki, majeranek, tymianek, oregano

     ♦ olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Schab cienko rozbić na kotlety. Jeśli będą bardzo duże, można podzielić je na pół co da nam 8 mniejszych kotletów. Przyprawić, wstawić do lodówki na conajmniej pół godziny.

Jajka roztrzepać, posolić i popieprzyć.
Chipsy drobno pokruszyć, wymieszać z bułką tartą.

Kotlety zanurzać w kwaśnej śmietanie, następnie kolejno panierować w mące, jajkach i na końcu w chipsach z bułką tartą. Kłaść na rozgrzany olej i smażyć na złoto z obu stron.

Podawać z ziemniakami i ulubioną surówką.

A mozesz powiedzieć jakich chipsów używasz? Szukałam w sklepach bekonowych grubo krojonych ale były tylko cienko krojone albo prażynkowe

Szczerze, to mieszkam w Anglii i tu chipsy bekonowe grubo krojone są ogólnie dostepne. Możesz użyc Cranchips o smaku karkówki lub kebaba, te w niebieskim opakowaniu.

Dla mnie bez rewelacji. Smakowo normalne ale wizualnie w chwili gdy panierka się naderwie smietana wygląda jak zważony ser?
