Kresowe cepeliny mojej babci

Ingredients:

1 1/2 kg ziemniakow
50 dag gotowanych ziemniaków
50 dag mąki krupczatki
2 jajka
sól

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki zetrzeć jak na placki, odcisnąć. Gotowane ziemniaki przecisnąć przez praske lub zmielić, dodać jajka, mąkę i posolić. Sporą łyżką nabierać porcje ciasta, mokrymi rękami formować kule, lekko spłaszczac i zrobić palcem dołek w każdej. Wrzucać na wrzącą osoloną wodę, po wypłynięciu zmniejszyć ogień i gotować ok. pół godziny. Można podawać polane masłem lub skwarkami z cebulką i popijać szklanką mleka.

Często robię cepeliny z nadzieniem a moim ulubionym jest siekana szynka - ok 45 dag - wymieszana z drobno posiekaną dużą cebula, jajkiem, solą i pieprzem - jeśli jest zbyt miękkie dodaję nieco bułki tartej.

Ja zwykle gotuję około pół godzinki na bardzo bardzo małym ogniu bo robię cepeliny sporej wielkości z podanym w przepisie nadzieniem, ale w przypadku mniejszych ten czas trzeba skrocic zeby nie rozpadły się podczas gotowania.

No to ja też muszę w najbliższym czasie zamieścić przepis na cepeliny tyle ,że mój jest nieco inny,ale ten wypróbuję bo brzmi smacznie
