Ingredients:

Do przygotowania krokietów:

-mąka

-woda

-2 jajka

-sól

-bułka tarta

-olej do smażenia

Do przygotowania farszu:

- 5 jajek ugotowanych na twardo

-dowolny serek topiony (ja użyłam ziołowego)

-sól, pieprz

dodatkowo to co mamy np. szczypiorek, cebulka.

Prepare instructions:

-Przygotowujemy ulubione,wytrawne ciasto naleśnikowe (mąka, jajko,woda,sól)

-Smażymy naleśniki

-Ugotowane jajka na twardo rozdrabniamy widelcem, dodajemy ulubiony serek topiony i mieszamy tak aby konsystencja pasty była gładka i zwarta. (opcjonalnie dodajemy szczypiorek lub cebulke, sporo pieprzu, nieco soli)

-Nakładamy farsz na naleśniki. Zwijamy boki do środka i rolujemy na kształt krokiecików.

-Obtaczamy w rozbełtanym jajku i panierujemy w bułce tartej.

-Smażymy na rozgrzanym oleju, na średnim ogniu, ze wszystkich stron do zarumienienia.

Robiłam krokiety z różnym farszem ale z jajkiem jeszcze nie :)

Trzeba wypróbować :)
