Ingredients:

Ciasto

2 szklanki mąki

1 łyżka sody oczyszczonej

2 łyżki kakao

1 jajko

2 łyzki powideł

pół szklanki oleju

1 szklanka kwaśnej śmietany 12% lub 18%

pół szklanki cukru

Masa serowa

60 dag. sera białego

pół kostki Palmy

pół szklanki cukru

2 jajka

2 łyżki budyniu śmietankowego

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: śmietanę utrzeć z cukrem i całym jajkiem, następnie po kolei dodawać reszte składników i wszystko dokładnie wymieszać;

Masa serowa: ser przepuścić przez maszynkę do mielenia; całe jajka utrzeć z budyniem i rozpuszczoną, chłodną margaryną i cukrem; do tej masy porcjami dodawać ser i delikatnie wymieszać;

Na posmarowaną tłuszczem blaszkę wylać połowę ciasta, na to kupkami kłaść ser, wylać drugą cześć ciasta i znowu resztę sera.

Piec ok. 40-50 minut w 180 stopniach.

To ma być kwaśna śmietana, 12 lub 18%. Już dopisałam w przepisie.

Pyszne ciasto, szybko sie robi i prosto. Polecam wypróbować . Pozdrawiam autorkę przepisu :)
