Nakrapiana sałatka truskawkowo-pomarańczowa

Ingredients:

0,5 kg truskawek,
3 pomarańcze,
cukier puder wg uznania,
trochę ulubionego białego wina,
trochę rumu,
kilka goździków,
rurki waflowe

Prepare instructions:

0,5 kg truskawek myjemy i usuwamy szypułki. Oczyszczone truskawki skrapiamy białym winem i posypujemy cukrem pudrem. Trzy pomarańcze myjemy, usuwamy skórkę i kroimy w kostkę. Pomarańcze skrapiamy rumem i wkładamy do nich kilka aromatycznych goździków. Niech oba składniki sałatki dojrzewają około pół godziny. Po tym czasie składniki łączymy, jeśli trzeba, dodajemy jeszcze trochę cukru i odstawiamy (pod przykryciem) do lodówki na okres nie krótszy niż dwie godziny. Przed podaniem na stół usuwamy goździki. Sałatkę dekorujemy waflowymi rurkami.

Bardzo ciekawy przepis,tylko pojęcia nie mam jakie powinno być to wino.Słodkie,półsłodkie?Może głupie pytanie,ale nie znam się na takich rzeczach...

Możesz dodać wino takie jakie akurat masz, albo jakie Tobie smakuje.
