obważanki drożdżowe

Ingredients:

10 dkg drożdży
1/2 szkl.ciepłego mleka z tych składników zrobić rozczyn
2 łyżki cukru
2 łyżki mąki

5 żółtek
1 jajko całe
2 łyżeczki cukru
1 kieliszek wódki
50 g masła lub margaryny
około 1/2 litra mleka
około 1 kg mąki
szczypta soli
do smażenia olej i smalec.

Prepare instructions:

Do mąki dodać sól, wyrośnięty rozczyn i jaja wymieszane z cukrem ciepłe mleko.Następnie wódkę i rozpuszczone masło.Ciaso wygnieść tak jak robi się to z ciastem na pączki. Gdyby było za gęste dodać mleka jak za rzadkie trochę mąki. Konsystencja tak jak przy pączkach. Ciasto rozwałkować,można podsypać mąką i za pomocą szklanki i kieliszka wycinać obważanki.Pozostawić do wyrośnięcia w ciepłym miejscu.Smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu z obu stron.Wykładać na papierowe ręczniki.Po ostygnięciu posypać cukrem pudrem wymieszanym z cukrem waniliowym.

Smakiem przypominają pączki ,a nie ma odwiecznego problemu ,czy już się upiekły czy też nie.

Kiedyś moja sąsiadka piekła chyba takie oponki i u niej nazywały się "grzele". Smakowały mi bardzo, ale nie mam na nie przepisu. Niestety sasiadka wyjechała na stałe z mojego miasta. Dodaję go do ulubionych.

Ten przepis dostałam od kuzynki i dardzo mi smakował ,a co najważniejsze jak każde ciasto drożdżowe długo zachowuje świeżość.
