100 ml oleju
ok.1,5 kg smalcu
2 cukry waniliowe
1/3 łyżeczki soli
cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Mąke przesiać .Olej i ok.700 ml wody wlać fo garnka,posolic a następnie zagotować.Wlać wodę z olejem i solą oraz cukrem waniliowym do miski z maką.,rozmieszać wstepnie mikserem a nastepnie wyrabiać ręka na jednolita masę.Następnie napełnic szprycę ciastem i nałożyc nasadkę o dużym przekroju i kształcie gwiazdki.Wyciskać na pergamin ok.20 duzych obwarzanków.Rozpuścic smalec w wysokim garnku i wkładać ciastka na gorący tłuszcz.Smażyć na złoty kolor.Są bardzo szybko gotowe.Po upieczeniu wyjmować na bibułę i posypać cukrem pudrem jeszcze gorące.

Zdjęcie dodam nastepnym razem bo nie zdążyłam zrobić tak szybko zniknęły.

Coś okropnego. Jeszcze taki przepis nie trafił mi się na WŻ. Ciasto jest klejące i nie wiem jaki sens ma kładzenie obwarzanek na pergamin skoro wogóle nie chcą z niego zejść...a usmażone są gumowate i oleiste, przepraszam za ostre słowa ale jestem mocno niezadowolona...
