Ingredients:

Składniki:

80 dag mięsa mieszanego (karkówka, szynka, filety z kurczaka)

pół papryki czerwonej

15 dag sera żółtego

1 cebula

1 jajko

sól, pieprz do smaku

Ponadto:

foremka aluminiowa do zapiekania

parę kropel oleju do wysmarowania foremki

garść bułki tartej do wysypania foremki

Prepare instructions:

Mięso i cebulę zmielić przez maszynkę do mięsa.

Paprykę umyć, usunąć gniazdo nasienne i pokroić w drobną kostkę, dodać do mięsa.

Ser żółty pokroić również w niewielką kostkę lub zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach - dodać do mięsa.

Wbić jajko, wszystko dokładnie wymieszać. Doprawić solą i pieprzem - do smaku.

Foremkę wysmarować olejem i wysypać bułką tartą.

Nałożyć do niej mięso, równomiernie rozłożyć i lekko ucisnąć. Wierzch wygładzić.

Piec w piekarniku około 1 godziny w temp. 180 - 200 st. C

Po upieczeniu pokroić w plastry.

Można plastry mięsa polać sosem, pasuje zarówno pieczeniowy, jaki i pieczarkowy/grzybowy.
