Ingredients:

3 kg mąki,
9 jaj,
3 łyżki kawy (suchej),
3 małe proszki do pieczenia,
40 g przyprawy do piernika,
3 łyżki kakao,
75 dag margaryny,
1 kg cukru,
1 kg miodu sztucznego,
3 łyżki amoniaku,
1 słoik dżemu( smak wiśniowy),
bakalie.

LUKIER DO PIERNICZKÓW:
1 białko,
1/2 szkl. cukru pudru,
na czubek łyżeczki kwasek cytrynowy .
Razem wszystko utrzeć. Na lukier brązowy dodać trochę kako.

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę, miód i cukier rozpuścić w garnku, dodać kawę.Do miski wsypać mąkę, dodać jajka, proszek do pieczenia, przyprawę do piernika, kakao i resztę składników. Dodać rozpuszczoną margarynę, dobrze wymieszać, na koniec dodać amoniak. Ciasto zarobić dzień wcześniej( zostawić na całą noc w lodówce przykryte ściereczką).
W następnym dniu wałkować, wykrawać foremkami ciastka, piec i lukrować.
Pierniczki przechowywać w puszce z kromką świeżego chleba lub kawałkiem jabłka.

Z tej ilości ciasta wychodzi bardzo dużo pierniczków. Wg potrzeby ilość składników można zmniejszyć o połowę.

Mnóstwo! Ale zaręczam Ci,że szybko znikną. Jeśli chcesz możesz je upiec z połowy składników.
