Pierogi leniwe łatwe

Very easy

Ingredients:

-1 szklankę mąki (15dag)
-3 łyżki masła
-4 jaja
-sól
-4 dag masła do polania
-2 dag tartej bułki
-1/2 butelki śmietany
-5 dag cukru
-75 dag tawrogu

Prepare instructions:

Ser zamleć w maszynce.Masło utrzeć z żółtkami,dodać ser część mąki.Masę serową mieszać delikatnie z ubitymi na sztywną pianę białkami,przesypując lekko mąką.Gotowe ciasto formować na posypanej mąką stolnicy w płaszczone wałki.Z obu stron wałka odcisnąć kratkę słuczkiem kuchennym lub tępą stroną noża.Krajać skośnie kluski.Wkładać do wrzącej solonej wody zagotowanej w dużym,szerokim garnku.Pierogi leniwe gotują się bardzo szybko;są gotowe,gdy wypłyną na wierzch.Wyjmować je łyżką cedzawkową,osączać i układać na ogrzanym półmisku polewając masłem.Z wierzchu posypać bułką tartą.Oddzielnie podać śmietanę i cukier.
