Ingredients:

1/2 kg mąki,
1,5 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej

2 jajka,
2 szklanki wody,

1/2 kg ziemniaków ugotowanych,

250 g białego sera,
1 cebula,
sól do smaku,
pieprz do smaku,
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Ze składników na ciasto wyrabiamy ciasto, wałkujemy na stolnicy podsypując mąką .
Wykrawamy szklanką kółka.
Na jedno nakładamy łyżeczkę farszu i przykrywamy drugim kołem .
Dociskamy na złączeniu palcami lub pomagamy sobie widelcem.
Farsz przygotowujemy tj. na zwykłe ruskie pierogi.
Ziemniaki tłuczemy, łączymy z serem i przesmażoną cebulką .
Doprawiamy do smaku.

Gotowe krążki kładziemy na dobrze rozgrzany olej i smażymy około pół minuty na złoty kolor.

Czy do nadzienia można użyć słodkiego nadzienia lub owoców?
