Pierożki ziemniaczane

Ingredients:

60 dag ziemniaków
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 cebula
1/2 kg twarogu
olej
2 jajka
1 żółtko
4 łyżki masła
szczypta gałki muszkatołowej
sól, pieprz
2 łyżki posiekanej natki

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać, ugotować w osolonej wodzie, zemleć w maszynce. Dodać jedno jajko, obie mąki, przyprawić solą i gałkę muszkatołowe, zagnieść ciasto. Cebulę obrać, posiekać, zeszklić na oleju. Twaróg rozgnieść z cebulą i jajkiem przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Ciasto rozwałkować między dwiema foliami na placek grubości 4-5 mm. Zdjąć górną warstwę folii. Z ciasta wykroić filiżanką placuszki. Na środek każdego placuszka nałożyć farsz. Brzeg posmarować rozmąconym żółtkiem. Placuszki złożyć na pół, brzegi skleić. Pierogi wrzucać na osolony wrzątek, gotować na małym ogniu 8-10 minut. Ugotowane pierożki wyjąć łyżką cedzakową, dobrze osączyć. Masło roztopić na patelni, włożyć pierożki, obsmażyć z obu stron na złocisty kolor, oprószyć pieprzem. Pierożki podawać posypane natką, z surówką.

U mnie wyszły bardziej ufa niż pierożki (bałam się, że mi popękają, więc kładłam farsz pomiędzy dwa krążki), ale nie umniejszyło to ich smakowi. Pyszne :)
