Ingredients:

*10 dag mąki
*10 dag cukru
*10 jaj
*15 dag cukru pudru
*10 dag kokosu
*3 średnie prince pola (classic)
*10 dag orzechów włoskich
*1 łyżka kakao
*1/2 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
*1 kostka masła
*czekolada gorzka
*1/2 litra śmietany 30%
*galaretka

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto

4 białka ubić na pianę z 10 dag cukru dodając po jednym żółtku, na koniec wsypać 10 dag mąki z jedną łyżka kakao i 1/2 łyżeczką proszku do pieczenia. Upiec ciasto (od 15 do 20 min, temp. 200 stopni).

Beza

6 białek ubić z 15 dag cukru na koniec wsypać 10 dag kokosu 3 średnie rozkruszone prince pola, 10 dag posiekanych orzechów. Upiec placek (od 15 do 20 min temp. 200 stopni).

Krem

Utrzeć kostkę masła dodać 3 łyżki cukru pudru i 6 żółtek. Rozpuścić na parze gorzką czekoladę, ostudzić, wymieszać z kremem.

Bita śmietana

1/2 litra schłodzonej śmietany 30% ubić z 4 łyżkami cukru pudru następnie wlać rozpuszczoną galaretkę w 1/2 szklanki wody.

Na biszkopt posmarować nieco więcej niż połowę masy czekoladowej. Nałożyć bezę, na to resztę masy. Wierzch wylać bitą śmietaną. Całość wstawić do lodówki na około 2 godziny.

Jutro zamierzam zrobić to ciasto, tylko nie wiem na jaką formę się zdecydować. Czy 30x25 będzie O.K?

Ciasto dobre, zrobiłam w formie 30x25 i było ok.

Zrobiłam i wyszło całkiem niezłe, ale według mnie to raczej ciasto na chłodniejsze dni gdy chce się coś słodkiego i z masą. Ogólnie dobre. Blaszka 30x25 okazała się "akuratna".

Nie wiem dlaczego strasznie suche i twarde wyszło mi ciasto :( wszystko robiłam zgodnie z przepisem a buuu :(
