Przepyszna ryba po grecku (gotowana

Ingredients:

Przepis na średnią porcję :

0,5 kg.śledzi(filet)
2 cebule
1 marchewka (średnia)
1 pietruszka
ćwiartka selera
2 żąbki czosnku
sól,majeranek,pieprz
1 mały przecier pomidorowy(koniecznie pudliszki)
1/4 szkl.oleju
1/4 szkl. octu 10%
1/2 szkl. wody

Prepare instructions:

Rybę umyc i pokroić na mniejsze kawałki,osolić (można lekko posypać kucharkiem) Marchew,pietruszkę ,seler,czosnek zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach,dodać majeranek i cebulę pokrajana w paseczki.Wszystko wymieszać .
Do sredniego(żaro odpornego)naczynia układać warstwami rybe na przemian z warzywami(okł. 2 warstwy)Wszystko posmarować przecierem pomidorowym i zalać zalewą. (woda ,ocet,olej)
Przxykryć pokrywą i zagotować .Gdy wszystko zacznie sie gotować ZMNIEJSZYC GAZ DO MINIMUM ,UCHYLIĆ LEKKO POKRYWKĘ i tak gotować przez 20 minut(od czasu do czsu rozcierając łużką gromadzący sie przecier) Zdjąc rybę z ognia ostudzić i pozostawić w lodówce do następnego dnia ( zmiękczenie ości)

Bardzo dobra wyszła mi ta rybka ale ja nie dałam octu, tylko rybę po umyciu skropiła sokiem z cytryny.Dziękuję za przepis i pozdrawiam

ziuta 40 robiłam ten przepis również z matjasów,ale wcześniej je wymoczyłam okł.pół godziny i nie dodawałam juz soli.Jesli ktos lubi mniej kwaśne może dodać ocet winny.
