Ingredients:

Ciasto:

6 i 1/4 szklanki mąki pszennej
500 g śmietany (18%)
200 g masła

Masa:

2 puszki skondensowanego mleka
400 g masła

Ponadto:
dżem truskawkowy

Do dekoracji:
orzechy włoskie
rodzynki
suszone morele
suszone śliwki
pestki z dyni
wiórki kokosowe

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Składniki posiekać, zagnieść ciasto i schłodzić. Ciasto rozwałkować na cieniutkie jak papier placuszki. Piec 15-20 min w temp. 180^oC (na złoty kolor) w tortownicy o średnicy 26 cm (powinno wyjść ok. 20 placuszków).

Masa:
Puszki z mlekiem zalać wodą i gotować 3 godziny. Wodę uzupełniać. Masło utrzeć na pulchną masę. Dodawać stopniowo zimne mleko.

WYKONANIE

Dno tortownicy wyłożyć pergaminem,
ułożyć warstwę placuszków i ugnieść ręką,
na całej powierzchni rozsmarować dżem,
położyć następną warstwę placuszków i ugnieść,
rozsmarować krem i znowu ugnieść,
przekładać warstwami ciasto z kremem ciągle ugniatając, aż do wyczerpania składników,
ciasto docisnąć na całej powierzchni np garnkiem z wodą i zostawić na noc,
udekorować bakaliami

Mam ten przepis na ciasto, ale do tej pory robilam z niego tylko babeczki. Są wysmienite. Nie pomyśałam ,że to ciasto można wykorzystac też do mazurka.Dzięki za przypomnienie tego przepisu
