Ingredients:

NADZIENIE:
1 kg rabarbaru,
15 dag cukru.

CIASTO:
50 dag mąki,
10 dag cukru,
20 dag margaryny,
1 jajko,
1 cukier waniliowy,
aromat rumowy.

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto, odciąć ¹/₃ciasta i włożyć do zamrażalnika, pozostałą większą część schłodzić w lodówce (ok.30 minut).
Większy kawałek rozwałkować i nałożyć na dno i boki blachy.
Piec 15 minut w 180^oC.
Obrany rabarbar rozgotować z cukrem na jednolitą masę. Ostudzić.
Nałożyć rabarbar na podpieczone ciasto i zetrzeć na wierzch posypkę - ciasto z zamrażalnika.
Piec 20 minut, aż kruszonka lekko sie zrumieni.

Po upieczeiu posypać cukrem pudrem.

Ciasto smaczne i stosunkowo proste. Dla niektórych może być zbyt mało słodkie, ale przecież można użyć większej ilości cukru do rabarbaru, albo... co ciekawsze podać ciasto z gałką waniliowych lodów lub bitą śmietaną.

tez robie to ciasto tylko ze rabarbar klde pokrojony bez rozgotowywania i u mnie lubieja bardzo slodkie to ja jeszcze lukruje

Dziękuję za nowe pomysły, jestem zwolenniczką eksperymentów kulinarnych, tak więc każdą uwagę i propozycję bardzo sobie cenię.
