Rogaliki z ciasta francuskiego

Ingredients:

Ciasto francuskie
2 tabliczki czekolady mlecznej lub gorzkiej (Milka)
Roztrzepane jajko

Prepare instructions:

Blat posypujemy mąką aby ciasto się nie przykleiło. Rozwijamy ciasto francuskie i kroimy je na ok. 15 kwadratów, każdy kwadrat kroimy na pół po przekątnej tak aby powstały 2 trójkąty z każdego.
Na czubku każdego trójkąta kładziemy kostkę czekolady i zwijamy od czubka do podstawy dbając o to aby brzegi się dobrze skleiły, można je posmarować jajkiem. Formujemy na kształt półksiężyca.
Układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i smarujemy wierzch roztrzepanym jajkiem.

Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 170⁰C, wkładamy rogaliki na 15 minut i gotowe :)
Zamiast czekolady można zastosować sezonowe owoce np. jagody, maliny, truskawki.

Dzisiaj robiłam te rogaliki sa super ! Robiłam z dwóch ciast francuskich na jedno kładłam czekoladę i zawijałam w koperty , na drugie dawałam marmoladę i zawijałam właśnie w takie rogaliki . Wyszły super .

Zrobiłam kilka sztuk na próbę, resztę z marmoladą, następnym razem zrobię tylko z czekoladą :)))))))))))))) Super
