Ingredients:

Potrzebne skladniki:
               *   4  piersi drobiowe (pojedyncze)
               * mieso mielone (10 dkg )
               * 2  jajka
               * bulka tarta
               * olej do smazenia
               * 2 pieczarki
               * 1/3 pory
               * 1/2 papryki czerwonej
               * ser zolty do smaku
               * 2 lyzki smietany
               * sol,  pieprz.ciut czosnku w proszku
               * maka do panierki

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:
    * Piersi obmyc przekroic na polowe.
    * Kazdy kawalek obijamy jak na kotlerty,doprawic sola i        pieprzem.
   * Na pateni na niewielkiej ilosci tluszczu widelcem rozgniatac mieso by sie rozdzielilo w male kawalki dodac drobno skrojone pieczarki (drobna kostka),cebule ,pore i papryke.

    * Dusic chwilke , pod koniec dodac smietane zetrzec troche sera na duzych oczkach i wbic jajko-wymieszac.
* Doprawic w/g wlasnego smaku.
    *  Nakladac lyzke stolowa farszu na plat miesa.
    * Skleic w rekach obtoczyc w mace potem w jajko i bulke i znowu w jajko i bulke ( Polecam .2 razy panierowac)
Smazyc na oleju na zloty kolor.
                                               SMACZNEGO!

wczoraj robiłam na obiad i wyszły pyszne napewno będę wracać do tego przepisu następnym razem spróbuję obsmażyć bez panierki
