Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szkl. mąki pszennej
¹/₂ szkl. cukru pudru
5 żółtek
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
250 g margaryny

Masa śmietanowa:

1 litr śmietany 18%
5 białek
1 szkl. cukru
2 budynie śmietankowe bez cukru
puszka brzoskwiń (850g)
2 czekolady (ja dałam 1 mleczną i 1 gorzką)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i podzielić na dwie części. Jedną część wyłożyć na spód blaszki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Drugą część włożyć do zamrażarki na ok. pół godziny.

Masa śmietanowa:

Białka ubić na sztywno, wsypać cukier i dalej ubijać kilka minut. Dodać śmietanę oraz proszek budyniowy i dokładnie wymieszać łyżką. Na koniec dodać posiekaną czekoladę i pokrojone w kostkę brzoskwinie. Masę wyłożyć na przygotowane wcześniej ciasto. Na wierzch zetrzeć drugą część zamrożonego ciasta. Piec ok. 50 min. w temp. 180 st.C.

Mam już w ulubionych mam zamiar upiec w sobotę . Śmietana 12% czy 18% czy bez różnicy?
