Sos porowy z zielonym pieprzem

Ingredients:

1 por

50 g masła

3 łyżeczki zielonego pieprzu z zalewy

1/2 szkl. rosołu

200 g śmietanki 30%

1 łyżeczka mąki

1/3 łyżeczki czarnego pieprzu

sól, vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Na maśle przesmażyć pociętego w cienkie półplasterki pora. Gdy zmięknie, dodać zielony pieprz ze słoiczka, który dobrze jest trochę – dość grubo – posiekać. Doprawić i jeszcze chwilkę smażyć. (Doprawianie to indywidualna sprawa; ja używam słonego rosołu, soli, dość dużo czarnego pieprzu (!) i vegety.) Na koniec dodać kubek śmietanki 30% z rozmieszaną w niej mąką i gotować kolejne 5 min. Sumaryczną ilość płynów w tym sosie można nieco zmniejszyć.

Ten sos dodaje wyrazu mięsom, które bądź z natury, bądź przez przypadek, są zbyt niewyraźne w smaku, np. mięsom rosołowym.

Dziękuję za zainteresowanie i zachętę. Próbowałem odpowiedzieć we właściwym wątku, ale mój wpis jakoś nie chce się ukazać. Pewnie przez jakiś czas będę robił wiele błędów - początki są trudne.
