Ingredients:

50 dag pomidorów,
20 dag pora,
20 dag marchwi,
20 dag cebuli,
10 dag selera
20 dag makaronu spaghetti,
3 łyżki olej,
1 łyżka masła,
10 dag sera żółtego
pieprz,
sól,
tymianek,
ew. zioła prowansalskie

Prepare instructions:

Pomidory sparzyć, obrać ze skórki i podzielić na ćwiartki. Oczyszczony por pokroić w krążki. Marchewkę, seler i cebulę pokroić w kostkę. Spaghetti ugotować według przepisu na opakowaniu.
W dużym garnku podgrzać olej, dodać cebulę, marchewkę oraz seler i dusić przez 5 minut, stale mieszając. Dodać pomidory i gotować bez przykrycia, aż warzywa będą miękkie. Pod koniec gotowania dodać por i ponownie gotować przez 1 minutę.

Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i szczyptą tymianku lub ziół prowansalskich.
Spaghetti połączyć z jarzynami i dokładnie wymieszać. Podawać w dużym półmisku. Przed podaniem posypać grubo posiekanym żółtym serem.

Można podawać z zieloną sałatą i szklanką zimnego słodkiego lub zsiadłego mleka.

Na fotce nie widać koncentratu pomidorowego,lecz sok- sos zagęszczony warzywami - z duszonych pomidorów
