Ingredients:

* 4 kotlety drobiowe

* sól gruboziarnista ok. 1 łyżki

* pieprz ziołowy ok. 1 łyżki

* ser żółty(kawałek)

* masło 1/4 kostki

* pietruszka, szczypior, koper ok. 1 szklanki (200ml.)

* bułka tarta

* jajko

* tłuszcz do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Rozbite kotlety posyp połową wskazanej soli i pieprzu.

Masło, stary ser, zioła i resztę przypraw wymieszaj na gładką masę. Uformuj podłużne ruloniki, sztuk 4.

Na kotlet układaj po jednym ruloniku i formuj kotlety. W razie konieczności użyj wykałaczki do spięcia mięsa.

Panieruj w jajku i bułce tartej, smaż na rozgrzanym tłuszczu do uzyskania złotego koloru.

No niestety na naszą dwójkę, cztery kotleciki mieliśmy na dwa obiady więc nic nie zostało:-) Ale może Ty mnie zaprosisz jak będziesz gotować?;-)
