Ingredients:

5 żółtek
3 bialka ubite na sztywno
100g cukru
500g maskarpone
1 paczka podłużnych biszkoptów
mocna kawa
ciemne kakao do posypania

Do kawy mozna dodac kilka lyzek likieru amaretto, tiramisù bedzie jeszcze smaczniejsze

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka przekładam do miski, dodaję cukier i ucieram mikserem na najwyższych obrotach przez 10 minut, aż zamienią się w puszysty kogel-mogel o barwie prawie białej.
Następnie dodaję maskarpone i miksuję niecala minutę aż całkowicie połączy się z masą jajeczną. Ubite białka dodaję do masy jajecznej i mieszam delikatnie lyzka.
Biszkopty zanurzam w zimnej kawie na 2-3 sekundy (do kawy można dolać likier amaretto, tiramisu będzie jeszcze smaczniejsze), następnie lekko nimi potrząsając usuwam nadmiar płynu. W płaskim naczyniu układam warstwę biszkoptów, zalewam je 1/2 masy. Na niej układam następną warstwę namoczonych biszkoptów, zalewam kremem. Wszystko posypuję gorzkim kakao.

Naczynie dokładnie owijam folią spożywczą i wstawiam do lodówki na kilka godzin.

To jest przepyszna bomba kaloryczna, dodaję obowiązkowo amaretto - cała rodzina uwielbia tą wersję. Jak nie mam tych biszkoptów (najsmaczniejsze włoskie z Lidla) to sama piekę cienki biszkopt, mniej roboty z nasączaniem a smak zostaje ten sam.

kasiaebe... masz racje, to jest pyszna bomba kaloryczna hihihi ja tez robilam juz kilka razy na upieczonym biszkopcie, jest rownie smaczne

Tiramisu genialne,choć krem zrobiłam z połowy składników.No prawie,bo żółtek dałam dwa,a białko jedno:) Do kawy dodałam Amaretto i to kilka pokaźnych łyżek.Po 4 godzinach odsiadki w lodówce mała degustacja
