Tortellini w cebulowo - orzechowym sosie

Ingredients:

•		40-50 dag tortellini z mięsem, szynką
•		2 cebule
•		8 dag łuskanych orzechów włoskich
•		2 - 3 łyżki masła lub oleju
•		2 łyżki mąki
•		2 szklanki bulionu
•		szklanka śmietany kremówki
•		4 cienkie plasterki dobrej wędzonki lub szynki (niekoniecznie)
•		2 pęczki szczypiorku
•		sok z cytryny, sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy siekamy, Cebule obieramy i kroimy w kosteczkę lub ścieramy na dużych oczkach tarki. Szczypiorek kroimy drobno i odkładamy na bok. Wędzonkę w kosteczkę.

Rozgrzewamy w rondelku lub na patelni tłuszcz i smażymy na nim kilka minut orzechy wraz z cebulą (uważamy, by cebula zeszkliła się, a nie przypaliła).

Orzechy z cebulą posypujemy mąką i zasmażamy, a następnie wlewamy rosół, mieszamy, dusimy kilka minut na małym ogniu. Zdejmujemy z palnika. Łączymy ze śmietaną. Dodajemy pokrojoną wędzonkę i szczypiorek (troszkę odkładamy do posypania z wierzchu) Doprawiamy solą, pieprzem oraz sokiem z cytryny.

Pierożki gotujemy według przepisu na opakowaniu.

Rozkładamy porcje na talerze. Każdą polewamy sosem. Posypujemy szczypiorkiem, dekorujemy dowolnie, listkami sałaty, plasterkami cytryny... Smacznego !

zapowiada się super, spróbuje zamiast włoskich dodac pinii...

danie jest naprawde super, probowalam tez z laskowymi ale nie wyszlo juz tak dobrze, ale sprobuje tez dodac piniowe
