Ingredients:

9-10 średnich ziemniaków
5 średnich cebul
4 ząbki czosnku
500g dowolnej kiełbasy
200g startego żółtego sera
200 ml śmietany
jajko
olej do smażenia
masło do posmarowania naczynia żaroodpornego
sól, pieprz
garść posiekanej natki pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki szorujemy i gotujemy najlepiej w mundurkach z dodatkiem soli. Obieramy i kroimy w talarki o grubości około pół centymetra. Cebulę i czosnek drobno siekamy, zeszklić lekko na patelni. Kiełbasę kroimy w kostkę i dorzucamy do cebuli. Całość lekko podsmażamy i zdejmujemy z ognia. Ścianki naczynia żaroodpornego smarujemy masłem i układamy na dnie pierwszą warstwę ziemniaków, na co zużywamy 1/3 wszystkich talarków. Wykładamy na to połowę farszu cebulowo-kiełbasianego. Wykładamy drugą warstwę ziemniaków i resztę farszu. Na wierzch kładziemy ostatnią porcję ziemniaków. Całość zalewamy śmietaną wymieszaną z serem oraz jajkiem i doprawioną solą, pieprzem. Zapiekamy w temperaturze 175 st. przez około 30 minut.

Na koniec posypujemy posiekaną natką pietruszki
