Pyszna zapiekanka ziemnaczana :)

Ingredients:

0,5 kg ziemniaczków

mała papryka

cebula

kiełbasa (wg upodobań)

ser żólty,

szklanka rosołu,

sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pyszna, sycąca z soczystymi ziemniaczkami zapiekanka

Ziemniaczki podgotować 10 minut w osolonej wodzie,

W między czasie cebule pokroić w kostkę, zeszklić na oliwie,

dodać pokrojoną w kosteczkę kiełbasę i podpiec :)

Na koniec dodać pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę,

podpiekać ze 2-3 minuty i podlać szklanką rosołu, wymieszać.

Podgotowane i przestudzone ziemnaczki pokroić w plastry,

naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować masełkiem i ułożyc na nie ziemniaczki,

Następnie na ułożone ziemnaczki wysypać całą zawartość patelni z rosołkiem,

posypać startym żółtym serkiem i włożyć do pieca nagrzanego do 180 stopni.

Pieć około 30-40 minut :)

Wygląda prze smacznie to taka zapiekanka coś jak moje prażonki ale... jednak inna. Muszę ją wypróbować koniecznie!
