Zapiekanka makaronowa -Bardzo dobra

Ingredients:

500g.mięsa mielonego.
500g.pieczarek.
500g.makaronu (świderki,rurki,lub innego)
3 cebule.
2-3 ząbki czosnku.
Słoiczek koncentratu pomidorowego,lub puszka pomidorów bez skorki.
300g.sera.
Sól,pieprz kolorowy,oregano,odrobina wegety.

Sos beszamelowy.

1 łyżka masła
1 łyzka mąki
1 szklanka mleka
sól,pieprz,kilka kropel maggi.

Masło stopić,dodać mąkę ciągle mieszając,wlać mleko i doprawić.Zagotować.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso obsmażyć na patelni,dodać cebulkę pokrojoną w kostkę i czosnek drobno posiekany.Razem chwile posmażyc.
Dodać pieczarki pokrojone i doprawić.Dusić pod przykryciem 15 min.
Koncentrat rozrobić w 2 szklankach wody i wlać na patelnie.Chwile jeszcze pogotować okolo 5-10 min.
Makaron lekko ugotować (ale nie do miękkości),wymieszać z sosem mięsnym.
Dno naczynia polać polową sosu beszamelowego,wyłozyc makaron z mięsem i resztę beszamelu.Posypać startym serem.

Zapiekać 30 min. w 180 st.C

Jeśli zamiast koncentratu dajemy pomidory z puszki,kroimy je w kostkę i razem z zalewą wlewamy do mięsa,ewentualnie dodajemy łyżke koncentratu.

Pycha zapiekanka, bardzo syta i smaczna. Nie zdążyłam zrobić fotki, wszystko zostało ekspresowo zjedzone. Będę wracała do tego przepisu. Polecam :-)

Bardzo dobra zapiekanka, ja troszkę zmodyfikowałam i dorzuciłam jeszcze drobno pokrojoną połówke papryki, i następnym razem zrobię podwójną porcję sosu beszamelowego, jak dla mnie troszkę za mało :)
