Zapiekanka makaronowa z szynką by yaca

Ingredients:

250g makaronu
25dkg szynki
1 duża czerwona papryka
1 duża cebula
400ml gęstej śmietany 12%
3 ząbki czosnku
2 łyżki oliwy
15 dkg potartego sera
masło do wysmarowania formy

Przyprawy: sól, pieprz (najlepiej świeżo mielony), oregano

Patelnia, naczynie żaroodporne z pokrywą

3-4 PORCJE

Prepare instructions:

makaron ugotować "al dente" i przepłukać zimną wodą aby się nie sklejał
na patelnię wlać oliwę i przesmażyć czosnek pokrojony w drobną kostkę uważając aby go nie przyrumienić (1 min)
plasterki szynki pokroić w paseczki lub kostkę i smażyć razem z czosnkiem przez ok 5 minut
cebule pokroić na półplasterki, paprykę w kostkę i dodać na patelnię - smażyć ok 5-10 minut mieszając co jakiś czas
zalać śmietaną i wrzucić połowę potartego sera
podgrzewać i mieszać aż ser zacznie się rozpuszczać
dodać makaron, wymieszać wszystko i przełożyć do wysmarowanego masłem naczynia żaroodpornego
posypać startym serem i zapiekać pod przykryciem przez ok. 15-20 minut w temp. 180 stopni

Nie przepadam za takimi zapiekankami,ale ta wyszła przepyszna!!! Dodałam jeszcze pieczarki i nawet mój mały synek się tym zajadał Bardzo dziękuję za przepis
