Zapiekanka ziemniaczana z mięsem mielonym

Ingredients:

1,5 kg ugotowanych ziemniaków w mundurkach (na pół twardo)

1/2 kg mielonej łopatki wieprzowej

3 duże cukrowe cebule

2 duże ząbki czosnku

2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek

sól, pieprz

keczup

3 jajka

400 ml śmietany 12%

15 dag żółtego sera

słodka mielona papryka

Prepare instructions:

Bardzo smaczna i syta zapiekanka ziemniaczana z mielonym mięsem, doskonała na zimowe obiady.

Ugotowane i ostudzone ziemniaki obrać ze skórki i pokroić w plastry. Cebulę cukrową pokroić w grubą kostkę i zeszklić na oliwie z oliwek, dodać zmielone mięso i zmiażdżony czosnek i jeszcze podsmażać aż mięso zmieni kolor.

Wszystko doprawić solą i pieprzem, wymieszać z ziemniakami, przełożyć do naczynia żaroodpornego, wysmarowanego oliwą i dokładnie uklepać łyżką. Śmietanę wymieszać z jajkami,serem, odrobiną soli i mieloną słodką papryką, wylać na ziemniaki i udekorować keczupem.

Piec w 200 st. C około 35-40 min, aż zapiekanka się zrumieni.

Zacytuje męża: "bardzo dobre danie, możemy je wprowadzić na stałe do naszego menu". Dzieci też zjadły a to w sumie najważniejsze :)))

Wkrótce skorzystam z przepisu. Danie bardzo mi odpowiada (no może poza kalorycznością ale co tam)
