Ingredients:

- 1 litr mleka

- 150 gram kaszy mannej

- garść mrożonych malin

- cukier trzcinowy

Prepare instructions:

Danie jest proste i znane przez wszystkich przez co po prostu idealne. Moje Dzieciaki bardzo lubią tę zupę i często się domagają. Małym niejadkom poprawia apetyt ładnie wyglądające danie. I nieoceniony jest fakt, że maliny to dodatkowe " przemycone " witaminy. Opcjonalnie mogą być inne owoce

Gotujemy mleko, wsypujemy kaszę manną i chwilę zagotowujemy. Już na talerzu wkruszamy mrożone maliny i posypujemy cukrem trzcinowym .

Cukier trzcinowy sprawia, że danie nabiera szlachetnego połysku, słodzi całą zupę a przy tym jest zdrowszy od cukru białego.

uwielbiam kaszkę manna lejącą i zajada ja razem z moim dzieckie; w moim rodzinnym domu do dzis cala rodzinka oprocz taty spozywaja ja nawet na obiad. a z malinami jeszcze nie jadlam. zazwyczaj robie z maselkiem, cukrem i opruszone cynamonem :)
