Bananakawa, czyli kawowy banan

Ingredients:

6 dojrzałych bananów
4 łyżeczki mielonej kawy
1 łyżeczka kakao
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu
4 łyżki miodu
1,5 łyżki grubo posiekanych orzechów włoskich

Prepare instructions:

Kawę, kakao i cynamon zalewamy szklanką wrzątku, przykrywamy i odstawiamy na 3 minuty. Następnie przecedzamy, dodajemy miód i gotujemy. Banany obieramy (w wersji na grilla - nacinam tylko skórkę lub owijam folią aluminiową po obraniu), kroimy wzdłuż, następnie ciasno układamy w żaroodpornym naczyniu. Polewamy wcześniej przygotowanym syropem kawowym (odrobiną, resztę zostawiamy na później).

Naczynie przykrywamy folią aluminiową i wstawiamy na 10 minut do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180^C. (czasem z wrzucam do mikrofalówki, gdy zależy mi na czasie). W połowie pieczenia obracamy banany na drugą stronę. Następnie wyjmujemy je, układamy na półmisku i studzimy. Syrop kawowy przelewamy do rondelka i odparowujemy do 1/3 objętości, aby stał się gęsty i ciągnący. Banany polewamy resztą syropu, dekorujemy bitą śmietaną i orzechami albo w mojej ulubionej wersji.... z gałką lodów !!! Mmmmmm...... Pychota.....

jak byś zdjecie dała tego co polecasz po wykonaniu to było by to bardziej wiarygodne bo jak banan wyglada to wszyscy wiemy. Pozdrawiam
