Ingredients:

200-250g maku mielonego

mleko (ok 1 szkl)

6 jajek

400g startych jabłek (lub gotowego musu)

7-8 łyżek kaszy manny (tzw grysik)

130g masła

250g cukru

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

bakalie (ok 1 szkl) rodzynki,orzechy, kandyzowana skórka pomarańczowa, kokos ...itp)

aromat migdałowy kilka kropel

trochę cynamonu (można pominąć:)

Prepare instructions:

Pyszne wilgotne ciasto makowe - w sam raz na święta Bożego Narodzenia. szybko sie robi i wszystkim smakuje.Polecam Ewelinka_inka

Mleko zagotować i zalać mak- namoczyć ok 5 min. Wymieszać i wylać niewchłonięte mleko z maku- wystudzić mak . Masło utrzeć z cukrem i żółtkami na puszysta masę i powoli dodawać do niej wystudzony mak,proszek do pieczenia, grysik, jabłka,bakalie, trochę cynamonu i ubite na sztywno białka całość delikatnie wymieszać.Masę wylać na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia i piec w piecu 180C ok 1 godz

(ps. w czasie pieczenia po ok 15-20 min gdy dostanie już koloru -przykryć ciasto jakimś papierem by się nam nie spaliło)

mam zamiar upiec,ale ile będę potrzebowała suchego maku?

przecież pisze, że 200 - 250 g maku. Maku, nie masy makowej

Trochę mało tego maku, ja biorę (mielonego) prawie 2razy więcej - wychodzi ładny, wysoki.
