Ingredients:

1 1/2 margaryny
2 1/2 szklanki cukru
5 lyzek kakao
1 szklanka wody - Gotowac przez piec minut

5 jajek
2 1/2 szklanki maki
3 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
zapach

Prepare instructions:

Margaryne, cukier, kakao oraz wode wymieszac i gotowac przez piec minut, a po ostudzeniu odlac 1/2 szklanki otrzymanej masy. Bedzie to polewa do ciasta.

Do ostyglej masy dodac jajka, make, proszek do pieczenia oraz zapach, a nastepnie wszystko wymieszac. Uzyskana mase wlac do przygotowanej brytfanny.. (posmarowanej margaryna lub olejem, a takze posypanej bulka tarta - ciasto wtedy wyjmuje sie duzo latwiej)
Piec 45 minut w temperaturze 180 C lub 350 F

Polewa kakaowa rozprowadzona po wierzchu wystyglego ciasta doda smaku, glebokiego koloru no i ciepla Safari!

Witaj, jak duża powinna być ta brytfanna?? Można go upiec w tortownicy 24cm ?? Czy czas pieczenia będzie wtedy taki sam?? Pozdrawiam

Czesc, Tami.. Boje sie, ze tortownica 24 cm nie wystarczy. Ale sprobuj, raz sie zyje.. Najwyzej upieczesz dwa ciasta.. Pozdrowienia!
