Ingredients:

3 porcje:

250ml śmietanki 30%
250ml mleka 3,2%
3 łyżeczki żelatyny
2 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego
2 łyżki cukru (opcjonalnie)
6 łyżek syropu malinowego (po 2 łyżki na porcje)
50g czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Deser, który zachwycił mnie smakiem i prostotą wykonania. Lubię, gdy jedno danie ma wiele zastosowań. Z deserem panna cotta możemy poszaleć. Podać z syropem malinowym albo użyć jako wypełnienia tarty...

Do rondelka wlewamy mleko i podgrzewamy Gdy będzie letnie, dodajemy żelatynę i cukier. Mieszamy do rozpuszczenia drobinek żelatyny i łączymy ze śmietaną i cukrem waniliowym. Gotujemy na małym ogniu, ciągle mieszając.

Gdy masa zacznie gęstnieć, przelewamy panna cottę do kokilek. Studzimy i schładzamy w lodówce przez 2 godziny.

Czekoladę rozpuszczamy w kąpieli wodnej. Pędzelkiem "malujemy" na papierze do pieczenia dowolne wzory - wkładamy do lodówki, aby czekolada stężała.

Gotową panna cottę dnem kokilki wkładamy na kilka sekund do wrzątku. Talerzykiem przykrywamy wierzch naczynka - odwracamy do góry dnem - deser powinien znaleźć się na talerzu. Polewamy syropem malinowym, układamy dekorację z czekolady. Podajemy.

* Do dekoracji można śmiało użyć ulubionych owoców. Wtedy na panna cottę układamy owoce, potem polewamy syropem malinowym.

deser smaczny, ale troche się rozwarstwił(na spodzie był przeźroczyty u góry biały)co mogłobyć tego przyczyną?może za długo gotowałam zamiast żelatyny użyłam żelatynę fix.

Nie zważyła ci się smietana? Nie używam fixa, także nie wiem czy ten produkt był przyczyną.

tak smietana miała grudki więc widocznie to jest przyczyną.musze na drugi raz zwrócic na to uwagę.dziękuje za szybką odpowiedź
